Tatts on Tatts Off was a great customer experience. Went around 6pm on a Friday to get a nipple piercing and was able to go straight in, no waiting time at all. Staff were all very helpful and polite and the studio was clean and implements sterilised. My piercer was very professional, took her time and answered all my questions. A fine parlor. I have been to many around the world, and this is the one I trust with a very elaborate tattoo. I waited for Charli, who has been an absolute treasure in terms of her work and making the three full day sessions much easier to handle. The shop is clean and the staff is very friendly. I don't get a feeling they rely on anything other than doing damn good work. If you are in the area, stop in! They have specialised artists for most types of artwork, and while the artists are booked full, it is worth the wait. They also do free breast cancer tattoos for survivors! Read Less

Had one tatt done here and was overcharged what was quoted. Artist was rude and kept taking breaks that "she" needed even though the tatt was only meant to take 30 mins and ended up taking 3 hours. I ended up with bad scaring, wobbly lines, alot of mistakes and colour has fallen out. This is my 3rd tattoo and its the worst one ive ever had. I even tried getting a piercing here and even that was terrible! Wasnt straight and kept getting infected. I had been suffering chronic and debilitating migraines for nearly two years. Today, I'd had enough, so I walked in to Tats On Tats Off and asked for a daith piercing. The terms & conditions were easy to get through and Rachi made sure I understood the risks before I went in. i just wanted to say a big thankyou to bones and lucy for all the help they offered me today to remedy my horror story. i had a terribly done rook piercing at a different canberra 'studio' that had initially become badly infected but then begun embedding into my ear. with the original piercer being no help, in pain and beyond anxious, i turned up to the tatts on tatts off shop without an appointment and was met by lucy who was lovely and calm about my deteriorating situation,... and after a quick discussion on what would be best to fix things, bones took me straight through (with only minutes to spare before his properly booked in session) to cut out and remove the piercing. 3 hours later and i feel better than i have in weeks - even after the slightly ouchy gory removal. without the help of TOTO, im sure i would have gone on to develop a severe infection or abscess. they were fast to act, gentle, reassuring, caring, and friendly. thank you so much for all your help guys. x Ver mais Read Less
